Forthcoming… (stay tuned!)
HIVAIDS: Surviving the stigma is often harder than surviving the disease.
The WordLoveWorldLove Project
The WordLoveWorldLove Project connects Canadian children with children in developing countries, who have been impacted by crises. A global classroom exchange of messages of friendship and compassion, provides an opportunity for children to use their creativity and imagination to better understand one another. Through the simplicity of words, expressed in art and film, children discover they can affect change in their own lives and the lives of others.
Children + Words + Children = WordLoveWorldLove
A deliberate choice was made…to tolerate an act of vandalism by others, to reach a higher goal. A skateboard provides the vehicle for adults to bridge the gap with youth. Jon sums it up in one phrase, ”It’s better to facilitate something for them rather than tell them not to do it. Help them be great people.”
Retaliate or tolerate… a beautiful human grind. Our film “steps ” challenges misconceptions and labels though a local story with a worldly message.
